1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) establishes the rules for using Akivva in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner.
Akivva is a membership platform that enables Creators to share their work and Subscribers to support them through monthly payments.

By using Akivva, you agree to comply with this Policy, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Creator Agreement.
Violations of this Policy may result in account suspension, termination, and, in serious cases, referral to law enforcement authorities.

 

2. Prohibited Conduct

All users — Creators and Subscribers — must refrain from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Participating in illegal or unlawful activities.

• Uploading, distributing, or promoting material involving minors, including simulated depictions.

• Posting non-consensual, exploitative, or violent sexual content.

• Using Akivva for fraud, scams, money laundering, or tax evasion.

• Sending spam, deceptive promotions, or malicious links.

• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users.

• Impersonating another person or entity.

• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt Akivva’s infrastructure or databases.

• Sharing another person’s personal information without consent.

Akivva reserves the right to remove any account or content that violates these rules.

 

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Any material involving minors (real or fictional).

• Non-consensual content or material promoting unlawful acts.

• Depictions of extreme violence, torture, or animal cruelty.

• Hate speech or discriminatory content based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or nationality.

• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

• False or misleading medical, financial, or legal information.

• Material encouraging self-harm, harm to others, or criminal behavior.

Akivva also prohibits the use of its services for exploitation, human trafficking, prostitution, weapons, or illegal drug activities.

 

4. Explicit or Adult Content

Akivva allows artistic or explicit adult content only if all of the following conditions are met:

• All participants are adults (18+) and have provided informed consent.

• The material is legal and consensual.

• It complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

• It is clearly labeled or age-restricted using Akivva’s available tools.

• It does not depict or imply violence, coercion, or exploitation.

Any content violating these conditions may be removed without prior notice, and the Creator’s account may be suspended or permanently terminated.

 

5. Platform Integrity

Users must not:

• Manipulate payment systems or create fake accounts to inflate earnings or metrics.

• Use bots or automated tools to interact with the platform.

• Engage in actions that damage Akivva’s reputation or technical stability.

• Use Akivva for purposes unrelated to lawful digital content creation and distribution.

Improper use of the platform may lead to legal action by Nefter LLC.

 

6. Akivva’s Rights

Akivva reserves the right to:

• Review, moderate, or remove content that violates this Policy or applicable law.

• Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious or illegal behavior.

• Withhold payments or earnings linked to prohibited content or activity.

• Cooperate with law enforcement or judicial authorities when required.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice when necessary to protect the community or ensure compliance with legal obligations.

All reports are handled confidentially, and appropriate action will be taken based on the severity of the violation.

 

8. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Written warning or temporary suspension.

• Removal of offending content.

• Permanent termination of the user’s account.

• Retention of pending payments.

• Notification to relevant authorities.

Disciplinary measures will be applied proportionally to the seriousness of the violation.

 

9. Policy Updates

Akivva may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
Revisions take effect on the “Last Updated” date shown above.
Continued use of Akivva after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new version.
